Terms of Service
1. The service
RIIP is operated by We are Game Ltd. and provides Roblox server discovery and intelligence across the Telegram bot, Discord bot, web app, browser extension, developer portal and public API. We are an independent third party, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, and we never access your Roblox account. Server data reflects live third-party conditions that change constantly, so a ranking is our opinion and a join link may fail if a server filled or closed since we ranked it.
2. Eligibility & age
We never ask your age or date of birth — there is no age field anywhere in our systems. Instead we apply child-safe defaults to everyone: strict data minimisation, no profiling, no targeted advertising, no sale of personal data. Age is checked at exactly one point: before a payment, where you must confirm you are old enough or have a parent's or guardian's permission. Nothing is charged without that confirmation.
3. Accounts & credentials
One account follows you across every surface — signing in on the web, verifying an email or redeeming a bot link code all resolve to the same account rather than creating a second one. You can use the finder anonymously first, on a tighter free quota that holds no purchases, and link it later without losing anything. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys; an API key's plaintext is shown once at mint, so rotate it if it is ever exposed.
4. Credits, Pro & refunds
Credit packs are one-time and never expire; they buy search volume. Pro is a fixed 30-day pass that buys capability — it does not auto-renew, we store no card to charge again, and there is no subscription to cancel. Consumed credits are not refundable; an unused balance may be refunded at our discretion, and a refund never drives a balance below zero. Statutory consumer rights, including any right to cancel a distance purchase, are unaffected.
5. API plans & metering
Free, Dev and Pro plans carry a per-minute rate limit, an included monthly call volume and, above Free, per-thousand overage. Keys are bound to a test or live environment at mint and the binding is immutable — test keys are served from mock data and are never billed. Every billable response reports the units consumed so you can reconcile against your invoice, retries are not double-billed, and exceeding a rate limit returns 429 with Retry-After and consumes no billable unit. The keyless anonymous read tier meters nothing, bills nothing and records nothing — using it to evade a metered plan breaches the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Liability, suspension & changes
The service and all data, rankings, scores and forecasts are provided as-is, without warranty that any server or game will be available or that any forecast is correct. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and consumers keep their statutory rights. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, for legal reasons, or to protect users — especially children — the integrity of the ranking and auction systems, or platform stability, and there is a route to contest a decision. Material changes to these terms are notified before they take effect.
